I am also an enthusiast of the ideas of open science and free software, and I have been trying to apply them in developing tools that assist the scientific research process. Development takes place mainly on Codeberg.

All computer-related workflows are (in general) done on my laptop, using Gentoo Linux as the operating system, with XMonad and Plasma as desktop environments.

Traditional/analog art is usually made with whatever materials are at hand. However, a few items I always try to carry with me are:

If the drawing isn't finished on paper, it serves as the base for the digital version. On my computer, I use Krita as my main tool for this, ~~drawing with a Wacom Intuos S drawing tablet~~. Any subsequent image post-processing is done using Inkscape or GIMP. ~~Recently~~, I acquired an 11-inch iPad Pro, and I have been doing ~~some of my~~ digital work on it as well, using Procreate.
